DESTIN FRASIER

Sr. Designer/Front-end Developer

Hello, my name is Destin Frasier and I’m a senior designer and front-end developer for USA Today/ Gannett Digital. I spend my days (and some nights) creating award-winning interactive storytelling experiences. I’ve worn many hats during my 10 year career and developed the skills necessary to turn a simple sketch into a polished web product - through wireframing, designing and writing code.

Sr. Designer/Front-end Developer | USA Today Interactives
  • Design and develop data-driven interactive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms. I’ve played a key role in creating a wide range of interactive projects ranging from in-depth investigations such as “Mass Killings”, “Fugitives Next Door” and the “911 Video Wall”. To lighter topics including “American Idol Meter” and the “Candidate Match Game”.
  • My versatile skill-set has allowed me to take on enterprise level projects as well. Within the last year, I helped create and develop an improved way for USAToday.com visitors to browse and read articles through the full page “Right Now” feed. I also reimagined the asset ingestion experience for Gannett’s company-wide CMS platform, Presto.
